Experience
Converted bot-based systems into agentic solutions with the Microsoft 365 Agents Toolkit, integrating with Microsoft Copilot Chat. Worked hands-on with agents, flows, and connectors, designing technical directions for AI use cases and collaborating across customer success and technical teams.
Designed an AI-powered conversational search and recommendation system using RAG. Built a semantic search engine with Azure OpenAI embeddings, wrote and optimized SQL on Azure SQL Database, and developed full-stack features with React, Next.js, and Node.js while collaborating with a senior database and AI engineer.
